NYSE Arca Files Proposed Rule Change to List New ETFs

NYSE Arca, Inc. has filed a proposed rule change to permit the listing and trading of six new exchange-traded funds (ETFs): the Overlay Shares Large Cap Equity ETF, the Overlay Shares Small Cap Equity ETF, the Overlay Shares Foreign Equity ETF, the Overlay Shares Core Bond ETF, and the Overlay Shares Municipal Bond ETF, under NYSE Arca Rule 8.600-E, effective immediately.
