FERC Postpones Security Screening Rule for Filings

The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) has indefinitely postponed the effective date of a rule requiring hand deliveries of filings to be sent to an off-site facility for security screening and processing, originally set to take effect on November 4, 2019, 60 days after its publication in the Federal Register on September 4, 2019.
