CSX Transportation, Inc. Receives Lease and Operation Exemption for Vermilion Valley Railroad Company Assets

CSX Transportation, Inc. has been granted a lease and operation exemption by the Surface Transportation Board to operate the Vermilion Valley Railroad Company's assets. This exemption allows CSX to take control of the railroad's operations and assets, effective immediately.
