Louisiana Trustee Implementation Group Unveils Draft Restoration Plan for Deepwater Horizon Oil Spill Damages

The Louisiana Trustee Implementation Group has released a draft restoration plan to repair wetlands, coastal, and nearshore habitats damaged by the 2010 Deepwater Horizon oil spill, in accordance with the Oil Pollution Act of 1990 and the National Environmental Policy Act of 1969.
