EPA Proposes Amendments to NESHAP for Organic Liquids Distribution (Non-Gasoline) Source Category

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing changes to the National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants (NESHAP) for the Organic Liquids Distribution (Non-Gasoline) source category, aiming to reduce hazardous air pollutant emissions by 386 tons per year, a 16-percent decrease from the current level.
