IEX Proposes Extension of Market-Wide Circuit Breaker Pilot Period

Investors Exchange LLC has filed a proposed rule change with the SEC to extend the pilot period for the market-wide circuit breaker to October 18, 2020, and clarify that certain parts of the rule are not subject to the pilot period.
