US Removes Billfish Certificate of Eligibility Requirements from Atlantic Highly Migratory Species Regulations

The US has finalized a rule removing the requirement for a Billfish Certificate of Eligibility to accompany certain products in the Atlantic highly migratory species regulations, as the 2018 amendments to the Billfish Conservation Act of 2012 have prohibited the associated product sales.
