Fish and Wildlife Service Receives Permit Application for Sand Skink and Blue-Tailed Mole Skink Habitat Conservation in Florida

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service has received an application from Sunbeam Properties, Inc. for an incidental take permit to construct in Polk County, Florida, and is seeking public comment on the proposal, which includes a habitat conservation plan deemed 'low-effect' under the National Environmental Policy Act.
