The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service has released Draft Environmental Impact Statement and Draft Habitat Conservation Plan for the Klamath, Deschutes, Jefferson, Crook, Wasco, and Sherman Counties, Oregon. The agency is also accepting applications for Incidental Take Permits related to the project.
