EPA Announces Public Hearing for Proposed Ethylene Production Rule

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is holding a public hearing to gather input on its proposed National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants: Generic Maximum Achievable Control Technology Standards Residual Risk and Technology Review for Ethylene Production rule, which was published in the Federal Register on October 9, 2019.
