FMCSA Seeks Public Comment on Kentucky Equipment Distributors' Exemption Request for Short-Haul Drivers

The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) has announced that it is soliciting public comment on an application from Kentucky Equipment Distributors (KED) to extend the 12-hour return-to-reporting-location requirement for short-haul drivers from 12 to 14 hours without losing their short-haul status.
