FMCSA Approves Limited Exemption for Fireworks Drivers During Independence Day Celebrations

The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) has granted a five-year exemption to Illumination Fireworks Partners, LP and ACE Pyro, LLC, allowing their commercial motor vehicle drivers to exceed the 14-hour driving limit during Independence Day fireworks shows from June 26 to July 8, 2019-2024.
