EPA Proposes Approval of California Air Pollution Control District's Revised Permits

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is seeking public comment on proposed revisions to the Santa Barbara County Air Pollution Control District's (SBAPCD) portion of the California State Implementation Plan (SIP), which updates the district's permitting rules for new and modified air pollution sources under the Clean Air Act (CAA).
