Medicare Program; Application from Utilization Review Accreditation Commission for Initial CMS-Approval of Its Home Infusion Therapy Accreditation Program

The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) has received an application from the Utilization Review Accreditation Commission (URAC) for initial approval to become a national accrediting organization for home infusion therapy services participating in the Medicare program. CMS must publish a notice within 60 days of receiving the application, outlining the accrediting body and the nature of the request, and allowing a 30-day public comment period.
