FMCSA Seeks Public Comments on Teupen's Exemption Request for Lead Engineer

FMCSA is seeking public comments on Teupen North America, Inc.'s request to exempt Mr. Martin Borutta, a Lead Engineer, from obtaining a U.S. commercial driver's license to transport Teupen's aerial lift products for testing in the U.S. The company believes its German commercial license ensures the operation will meet or exceed U.S. safety standards.
