BOEM Publishes Draft Guidelines for Renewable Energy Structures on the Outer Continental Shelf

The Bureau of Ocean Energy Management (BOEM) is seeking public input on its proposed guidelines for lighting and marking structures supporting renewable energy development on the OCS, with the goal of improving the information provided to the public.
