Cboe Exchange, Inc. Seeks to Consolidate Trading Rules into Proposed Chapter 3 of Rulebook

Cboe Exchange, Inc. has filed a proposed rule change to consolidate various exchange rules related to trading permit holder membership, registration, and participants, which will be effective upon the migration of its trading platform to the same system used by Cboe-affiliated exchanges.
