U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service Publishes Draft Amendment to Recovery Plan for Endangered Rough Popcornflower

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service is seeking public comment on a draft amendment to the recovery plan for the Rough Popcornflower, a species listed as endangered under the Endangered Species Act, with the goal of determining when it may be reclassified as threatened or its protections under the ESA may be removed.
