EPA Proposes Approval of Virginia's Clean Air Act Plan for Municipal Solid Waste Landfills

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve a Clean Air Act (CAA) section 111(d) plan submitted by the Virginia Department of Environmental Quality (VADEQ) to establish emission limits for existing municipal solid waste (MSW) landfills in the state.
