Revisions to the Office of Hearings and Appeals Procedural Regulations

The Office of Hearings and Appeals has updated its procedural regulations to simplify and modernize its procedures, applying to all proceedings before the Office of Hearings and Appeals where a comprehensive scheme is not found in another Department of Energy regulation.
