U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service Extends Public Comment Period for Environmental Impact Statement and Habitat Conservation Plan

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service is extending the public comment period for the draft environmental impact statement and habitat conservation plan in support of incidental take permit applications from the Deschutes Basin Board of Control and the City of Prineville, which cover eight irrigation districts and the City of Prineville, respectively.
