US Court Rules Commerce Must Vacate 2017 Sugar from Mexico Antidumping Duty Investigation Amendment
The US Court of International Trade has ruled that Commerce must vacate its 2017 amendment to the Agreement Suspending the Antidumping Duty Investigation on Sugar from Mexico, and Commerce plans to implement the ruling by November 18, 2019.
