US Court Rules Commerce Must Vacate Sugar Import Agreement Amendment

The United States Court of International Trade has ruled that a Commerce Department amendment to a sugar import agreement must be revoked, prompting Commerce to take action by November 18, 2019, to implement the decision in the case CSC Sugar LLC v. United States.
