New Hampshire Approves Underground Storage Tank Program Revisions

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has finalized approval of New Hampshire's revised Underground Storage Tank (UST) program, which meets all requirements under the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA). The EPA will oversee the program and enforce its provisions.
