FINRA Extends Timeframe for Review of Proposed Rule Change to Corporate Financing Rule

The Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) has extended the timeframe for the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to review a proposed rule change to the Corporate Financing Rule, which deals with underwriting terms and arrangements, as part of a partial amendment to FINRA Rule 5110.
