EPA Proposes Significant New Use Rules for 26 Chemical Substances

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing significant new use rules (SNURs) for 26 chemical substances, requiring manufacturers and processors to notify the agency 90 days prior to commencing a new use, in order to ensure the safety of the public and the environment.
