Administrative Waiver of Coastwise Trade Laws for Vessel ENDLESS ROMANCE

The Maritime Administration is seeking public comments on a request to waive U.S. coastwise trade laws for a vessel, allowing it to carry up to 12 passengers for hire, as long as it is three years old or more. The vessel, ENDLESS ROMANCE, is a motor vessel that will operate under this proposed waiver.
