U.S. Maritime Administration Seeks Public Comments on Request for Administrative Waiver of Coastwise Trade Laws for Sailboat Vessel

The U.S. Maritime Administration is seeking public comments on a request to waive U.S.-build requirements for a sailboat vessel that can carry up to 12 passengers for hire, with the vessel being at least three years old.
