FHWA to Prepare Environmental Impact Statement for I-285 Top End Express Lanes Project in Georgia

The Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) is issuing a notice to inform the public that an Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) will be prepared for a proposed project on I-285 in Cobb, Fulton, and DeKalb counties, Georgia, to address congestion issues and improve travel times.
