PBGC Seeks OMB Approval for Reportable Events Information Collection

The Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation is requesting public comment on proposed changes to its Reportable Events regulation, which would require the submission of certain information to the Office of Management and Budget for approval under the Paperwork Reduction Act.
