EPA Reconsiders Ethanol Rule to Address Clean Air Act Concerns

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has agreed to reconsider a rule governing ethanol production facilities, following a petition from the Natural Resource Defense Council (NRDC) that the rule did not adequately address Clean Air Act anti-backsliding requirements in nonattainment areas.
