US Department of Defense Removes Regulation on Obtaining Information From Financial Institutions

The Department of Defense has revoked a regulation that governed the Department of the Army's procedures for complying with the Right to Financial Privacy Act, as the Department of Defense's revised regulation supersedes this rule and makes it unnecessary to maintain it in the Code of Federal Regulations.
