EPA Cancels Final Designation for Ocean Dredged Material Disposal Site in Atlantic Ocean

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to cancel the final designation of an ocean dredged material disposal site (ODMDS) in the Atlantic Ocean offshore Wilmington, North Carolina, due to the site being replaced by another permanent site, and also plans to rename the existing permanent site for the Wilmington area.
