CDC Seeks Public Comment on ART Pregnancy Success Rate Reporting Requirements

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), part of the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), is seeking public comment on proposed changes to data collection fields and reporting requirements for pregnancy success rates from assisted reproductive technology (ART) programs, as mandated by the Fertility Clinic Success Rate and Certification Act of 1992 (FCSRCA).
