Possible Revocation of Passenger Vessel Operator Performance Certificate No. P1397 for Great Northern & Southern Navigation Co., LLC dba French America Line

The U.S. Coast Guard is considering revoking the performance certificate of Great Northern & Southern Navigation Co., LLC dba French America Line, and has ordered the company to appear before a hearing to explain why the revocation should not occur.
