FMCSA Seeks Renewal of ICR for 391.41 CMV Driver Medication Form

The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) is requesting public comment on its plan to renew the Information Collection Request (ICR) for the 391.41 CMV Driver Medication Form, which is used by certified Medical Examiners to assess the physical qualifications of commercial motor vehicle (CMV) drivers and determine if they are fit to operate safely.
