Coast Guard Proposes Regulated Navigation Areas Along Northern California Coast

The U.S. Coast Guard is proposing to establish Regulated Navigation Areas at the harbor bar entrances of Crescent City Harbor, Humboldt Bay, Noyo River, and Morro Bay to enhance safety for recreational and small commercial vessels during hazardous conditions, such as high winds or breaking surf.
