Vulcan Industries Seeks Incidental Take Permit for Florida Wildlife

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service has received an application from Vulcan Industries for an incidental take permit to take several endangered species in Polk County, Florida, as part of land clearing and excavation activities, and is seeking public comment on the proposal.
