U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service Proposes Updates to Migratory Bird Treaty Act List

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service is proposing additions to the List of Migratory Birds protected by the Migratory Bird Treaty Act, with a net increase of 8 additional species, bringing the total to 1,093 protected species, and requests public comments on the proposed revisions.
