FAA Adopts New Airworthiness Directive for Airbus A330-200, A330-300, A340-200, and A340-300 Series Airplanes

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has issued a new airworthiness directive (AD) for certain Airbus aircraft models, requiring inspections and replacements of wheel axles to address an unsafe condition caused by machined wheel axles with a reduced life limit.
