DoD Seeks Information on Revision to DFARS for Negotiating Technical Data Prices and Specially Negotiated Licenses

The US Department of Defense is soliciting input to update the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement to incorporate provisions from the National Defense Authorization Acts for Fiscal Years 2018 and 2019, which aim to facilitate the negotiation of technical data prices and preferential licensing for customized data supporting major weapon systems.
