MSRB Filing Notice: Proposed Rule Change for Municipal Securities

The Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board (MSRB) has filed an amendment to its August 2012 interpretive notice regarding the application of Rule G-17 to underwriters of municipal securities, and the SEC has granted accelerated approval of the proposed rule change.
