FERC Requests Public Comments on Information Collections for Emergency Extensions

The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) is seeking public comments on three information collections, including FERC-725M for vegetation management, FERC-516A for small generator interconnection agreements, and FERC-539 for gas pipeline certificates. FERC has requested emergency extensions from the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) to maintain the active status of these collections while completing the renewal processes for the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
