EPA Proposes Revisions to Texas SO2 Trading Program

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing revisions to the Texas SO2 Trading Program, which aims to reduce sulfur dioxide emissions from electric generating units in Texas, as part of its efforts to address regional haze requirements under the Clean Air Act.
