US Department of Commerce Preliminarily Finds Indian Lined Paper Products Were Sold Below Cost

The US Department of Commerce has begun an administrative review of the antidumping duty order on certain lined paper products from India, covering the period September 1, 2017 through August 31, 2018, and has found that Navneet Education Ltd. made sales at less than normal value, while SAB International did not.
