FMCSA Seeks Renewal of Information Collection Request for Designation of Agents, Motor Carriers, Brokers and Freight Forwarders

The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) is seeking public comment on its plan to renew an approved information collection request, which allows registered motor carriers, property brokers, and freight forwarders to designate agents and meet process agent requirements, in accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
