EPA Proposes Approval of Ohio's Greenhouse Gas Tailoring Rule Revision

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve a revision to Ohio's State Implementation Plan, which modifies the state's Prevention of Significant Deterioration program to establish emission thresholds for greenhouse gas emissions, excluding a provision that would have allowed for automatic rescission of certain rule provisions.
