Social Security Administration Proposes Changes to Continuing Disability Review (CDR) Regulations

The Social Security Administration (SSA) is proposing to revise its regulations regarding the frequency and notice of Continuing Disability Reviews (CDRs), which are periodic reviews of eligibility required for benefit continuation, in order to ensure timely identification of medical improvement and maintain appropriate stewardship of the disability program.
