US Department of Commerce Preliminarily Finds Mexican Carbon Steel Pipes and Tubes Sold at Below Normal Value

The US Department of Commerce has preliminarily determined that Mexican producers/exporters of heavy walled rectangular welded carbon steel pipes and tubes have sold these products at prices lower than their normal value, prompting a request for public comment on the preliminary results of the antidumping duty administrative review.
