Heavy Walled Rectangular Welded Carbon Steel Pipes and Tubes From the Republic of Korea: Preliminary Results of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review; 2017-2018

The US Department of Commerce has preliminarily found that South Korean producers of heavy-walled rectangular welded carbon steel pipes and tubes are selling their products in the US at a price lower than their normal value. Interested parties have the opportunity to comment on these findings.
